HOME INSPECTIONS
- A Trained, Insured, Professional Inspector checks over 300 Items, in the Home, and provides a Customized, Detailed Report of the items Inspected. This Report Consists of Approx. 20-30 Pages of Type Written Text... Easily Understandable Information, Pertaining Specifically to the Home Inspected.
PEST INSPECTIONS
- An Insect Inspection is performed on each Home Inspection as part of the Inspection. We look for Termites, Carpenter Ants, Powder Post Beetles and other Wood Destroying Insects.
- A-1 is Fully Qualified to perform VA Wood Destroying Insect Inspections and supply the Government Forms needed for Closing.
- FHA: (Check with your Lender pertaining to FHA Insect Inspections.)
ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING
- WATER ANALYSIS *
  - Standard Test (Total Coliform Bacteria, E. Coli Bacteria, Nitrate, Iron, Manganese, Chloride, Sodium, Hardness, pH.)
  - VA/FHA Analysis
  - Comprehensive Testing also offered.
  *We use only a State & E.P.A. Certified Lab for Analysis.
- RADON TESTING
  - Charcoal Canisters
  - Continuous Monitoring (Computerized w/ Print-out. 48 hour test, with results at end of test.)
  - Radon in Water
